Henry's nationally rated with it's first AGFG Chef's Hat

RANT - After eight years of service and nearly three years of focused striving for this particular honour, Henry's Restaurant, [my all time favourite] has been recognised by the Australian Good Food Guide with it's first Chef's Hat Rating. This is it's first National Rating and firmly places Henry's, amongst the top restaurants of Tasmania and in the company of some very esteemed competitors, only two of which are "Hotel Restaurants". Congratulations to Executive Chef, Andre Kropp, Sous Chef and Henry's Chef de Cuisine, Vincent McDonald, Sous Chef, Terry Barrett and their fabulous Kitchen Brigade for their intense engagement and passion for their product. Along with the back of House, it could not have been achieved without the fantastic service of, Food and Beverage Manager, Gareth Hinds, Ex-Maitre D, Oliver Field, Jessica Campbell and their floor team.
